Talk of the Tavern: Sense and Offensability

It’s Monday evening and that means it’s time for Talk of the Tavern!

You know that person who offended you? Maybe they said something sexist, wore something you don’t like, or just gave you holiday wishes and used the wrong holiday for you. Know why they offended you? Because you allowed it. That’s right, YOU decided to be offended.

Ed Summers, children’s author Daphne Dewell, Susan Fessler of the Pickled Brothers Circus, Daniel Abt, and Gabrielle Riel of Radio Riel join your host, Travis Sivart, as they discuss the power over ourselves we give others when we let them offend us… and the responsibility we dodge for our own behavior.

Talk of the Tavern runs on both Radio Riel’s main stream and Radio Riel Steampunk.
