Radio Riel continues our special programming for October 2017 with The Gallery of Curiosities on Radio Riel Steampunk this evening.

Tune in at 7:00pm North American Pacific time tonight for Common Magick by Jordan Taylor. Read by Maria Rose.

Osgoode has some timely Halloween safety tips and a cautionary tale for you. Listen before you decorate your yard for the trick-or-treaters.

Author Jordan Taylor grew up in a small town in the American South, where she was raised on equal parts Jesus and fairy tales. She has since lived in New York, Portland, and now Raleigh, NC, where she keeps several bookshelves full of books and one cantankerous corgi. Her work has recently appeared in or is forthcoming from Capricious, Abyss and Apex, and Cicada. You can follow her online at

Narrator Maria Rose is a graphic designer, writer, astrologer, classicist. Sometimes saturnine, mostly eccentric. She tends noisy society finches and remains unimpressed by cutesy bios containing mundane details about pets. Including her own. She’s narrating her current project through ACX, “Messengers of the Right” forthcoming from University of Press Audiobooks.
