The Million Sellers — The Banned Songs

This months Million Sellers comes from a fantastic idea by fellow Radio Riel Presenter, Edward Pearse.

There are a great many songs that climbed into the million sellers rankings not only for their great music, but for them also being banned.  Either by radio, by the BBC, by the US TV Networks or by seperate states in the US.  This long list of banned songs come from artists as “PG” as Roy Orbison, to the more raucous songs from The Rolling Stones.

Join Vic Mornington at The Clarendon this Thursday July 5th from 5pm SLT (Pacific) till 7pm  for two hours of music, the vast majority of which…was banned at release!

Together with the broadcast, residents within Second Life can listen in live as well by going to Radio Riel’s “Clarendon” in the City State of New Babbage.
