Today in 1881 Sir Pelham Grenville Wodehouse, better known to the world as P.G. Wodehouse was born is Surrey.

With his most famous and arguably best loved creation being the Jeeves and Wooster stories today’s From the Libray features an assortment of tunes from the 1920s and 30s.

As Jeeves would have it, “Highdie highdie high, sir”
