The year is 1964. The Greater German Reich prepares for the Führer’s 75th birthday and the 20th anniversary of victory at Normandy.

An agreement struck with US President Joseph P. Kennedy Sr. sees US journalists admitted to Germany for the first time in 20 years. For detective Xavier March of the Kriminalpolizei, a series of murders may be more life changing than anything uncovered by the foreign press.
