Prior to the Classical music era of Mozart and Beethoven, music styles following the Renaissance evolved into what is now called baroque. Bach, Handel, Vivaldi and Rameau are all associated heavily with the baroque era and many of their compositions are the mainstay of small musical groups to this day.
