Ahoy me mateys! It’s International Talk Like a Pirate Day! In honor of this illustrious and sacred holiday, today’s program is all about pirates, sailing and the seven seas. So ya better start dancin’ those reels, jigs and hornpipes you scurvy dogs! Otherwise, Cap’n Gabi will make ya walk the plank!

Off the Shelf Returns!
Today begins Off the Shelf’s third season! From 1:00pm — 1:30pm SLT it’s Radio Riel’s show/podcast about books and the people who love them!

This week, Simeon Beresford and Kghia Gherardi interview Adele Ward and Mike Fortune-Wood, the forces behind Ward Wood Publishing.  Ward Wood’s goal is “to provide innovative good reads of a high literary standard in a variety of forms while also encouraging aspiring authors to work towards publication.”
