From the Library: He’s Got Rhythm…Celebrating Gershwin

Today, Radio Riel cel­e­brates the birth, on Sep­tem­ber 26, 1898, of one of the most famous and pro­lif­ic Amer­i­can com­posers of all time, George Gersh­win. Gersh­win com­posed hun­dreds of songs, rang­ing from pop­u­lar tunes to songs for Broad­way and movies.
