From the Library: Distinctive Voices

The vocal traditions represented in today’s program hail mostly from the Western tradition: opera, shape-note, folk music; but there are a few outliers: Finnish and Balkan female singers; and a couple right off the map, such as Tuvan throat singers. I hope you enjoy the variety.

From the Library is produced by Radio Riel in conjunction with the Alexandrian Free Library Consortium of Second Life. You can listen to the program now in-world at http://music.radioriel.org, or click one of the buttons below. Today’s program is presented by Otenth Paderborn.
