From the Library…Christmas in Caledon

Radio Riel wishes those of you that celebrate the holiday of Christmas a very merry one!

Today’s program is something that I, Gabrielle Riel, decided to put together after Miss Achariya Maktoum spoke to me at the first Realm of the Roses Holiday Ball this past Monday. She asked if I could put together a playlist of “Caledon Christmas Songs”.

Well, that’s actually a fairly easy request of the owner of a Radio Station! Today, this Christmas Day, I have put together what music defines “Christmas in Caledon” for me, personally. You will hear Early English, Celtic and Victorian influences throughout the day.

Also, Radio Riel will be presenting a special program starting at 5pm SLT of “A Child’s Christmas in Wales”, written and read by Dylan Thomas in honor of the Bards’ Gathering in Winterfell.

Radio Riel produces this program in conjunction with the Caledon Library in Second Life. Today’s music originates from the music library of Gabrielle Riel.
