From The Library… A British Folk Anthology II

Today’s broad­cast in the series From the Library… con­tin­ues yes­ter­day’s theme with a fur­ther anthol­o­gy of British folk music.

In addi­tion to pop­u­lar artists of the 1970s such as Sandy Den­ny and Fair­port Con­ven­tion, we also present con­tem­po­rary works by artists as diverse as Kate Rus­by, Karine Pol­wart and Car­o­line Lavelle.

Today’s pro­gramme will run dur­ing the day but will come to an end pri­or to the begin­ning of tonight’s Alice broad­cast at 6pm SLT / 03:00 GMT.
