Celebrate Radio Riel’s First Anniversary!

in Daily Programme

by Elrik Merlin on Saturday, 7 June, 2008

Sunday June 1 marked the First Anniversary of the launch of Radio Riel.

The June 1, 2007 launch party showcased the first four presenters appearing on the station; the next day Radio Riel began the first of its daily broadcasts to Caledon, Second Life and beyond.

Celebrate the anniversary with us this week by tuning in to a series of special broadcasts: virtually each day this week will be hosted by a different presenter, playing some of their favourite music in many of the genres that Radio Riel features in its daily programming.

We would like to thank all our staff, past and present, and everyone who has contributed to the station over the past year. But most of all, we would like to thank you, our clients and listeners, who have helped make Radio Riel the success it has become. Thank you for your support!
