Today as part of SL Shakespeare Summer on Radio Riel we feature a special programme of music for a Midsummer day, presented by Gabrielle Riel and featuring a wide range of musical styles and genres — all with a common theme: Songs of Summer.

In addition, Gabrielle will be hosting two Listening Parties at Coughton Court in Caledon Carntaigh, at 1pm and 7pm SLT, featuring a two-hour complete recording of Shakespeare’s comedy, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, featuring an all-star British cast.

Join us to listen to this great work in the pleasant surroundings of Caledon Carntaigh: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Caledon%20Carntaigh/83/183/25
We hope to see you there!

You can listen to all this week’s special programming on Radio Riel’s Main Stream: http://music.radioriel.org.

SL Shakespeare Summer is a special presentation of Radio Riel, Riel Events and the Caledon Library and includes three series of events in June, July and August, each based around one of Shakespeare’s plays, with an associated Library exhibition, daily special programming and culminating in a grand ball. This month the theme is A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Click here for full details of the events programme for this week.
