Audite Nova!

in Daily Programme

by Diamanda Gustafson on Thursday, 8 July, 2010

Listen to something new, in our case some researched Early Music (medieval and renaissance, mostly up to 1650) along with descriptive commentary by Diamanda Gustafson. This program focuses on recordings of Early Music that employ primary sources, historical reproductions of instruments and an approach more close to the period than to the modern aesthetic.

Explore with us the musical wealth of Cantigas, Motets, Estampies, Bransles and many many other forms of secular and sacred Medieval and Renaissance Music.

Audite Nova is presented monthly, on the second Thursday of the month

Join us in-world at Coughton Court, Caledon Rothesay, or tune in the Radio Riel Main Stream tonight, July 8th, from 8 to 9:30 pm SLT.
